Return Policy Returns or Cancellations All orders can be cancelled without cancellation fees unless the order has reached its processing or shipped status. In the case of an order being processed or shipped and the customer wants to cancel the order a 15% fee will be deducted from the refund. Returns are only accepted within 7 business days of the customer receiving the merchandise in new conditio. Labor is non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Warranty Disclaimer The materials and products are provided with a 1 year warranty through Houston Car Stereo. Houston Car Stereo warranties all products. Houston Car Stereo does not warrant products that are misused by the customer. |
