Returns or Cancellations
All orders can be cancelled without cancellation fees unless the order has reached its processing or shipped status. In the case of an order being processed or shipped and the customer wants to cancel the order a 15% fee will be deducted from the refund. Returns are only accepted within one week of the customer receiving the merchandise and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
